As we already know, Webassessor is no longer accepting new Salesforce exam registrations as of June 30, 2025. All future registrations will take place on Trailhead Academy

Salesforce is consolidating all certification platforms—Salesforce, Tableau, MuleSoft, Slack, and Accredited Professional—into one central hub: Trailhead Academy. This new experience provides.

Important Dates to Remember
- June 30, 2025: Last day to register for any Salesforce certification exam on Webassessor.
- July 13, 2025: Last day to take exams via Webassessor. No reschedules or completions allowed after this date.
- July 21, 2025: Official launch of the new certification experience on Trailhead Academy.
Certification Experience Preview
Here’s a sneak peek at what you can expect from the new certification experience launching on July 21, 2025. After logging in via your Trailblazer profile, you’ll land on a personalized homepage that displays your upcoming exams and classes.
Your Trailhead Academy Account holds all of your personal details related to certifications including legal name, employer, address, privacy opt-in, and more.
On the same page, you’ll receive personalized recommendations for additional classes and certifications based on your learning and certification history.
There will also be a catalog of available classes and certifications where you can filter and sort by role, product, or skill to find exactly what you’re looking for.
Once you click on a certification exam that interests you, you’ll land on the exam page to learn more about the exam’s content, its pricing, languages offered, the role and level of the exam, and if there are any prerequisites.
- When you’re ready to register, click the “Register Now” button on the exam page. You’ll have the option to take your exam online or at a testing center.
- Registration and payment will be completed through Salesforce’s testing partner, Pearson VUE.
- Once registered, the exam page will clearly display when and where your exam will take place, and it will also include: Preparation materials, Exam guides, Recommended Trails or Modules, and Related classes.
Actions to Take Before the Deadline
- Complete your Salesforce exams before July 13, 2025.
- Connect your Webassessor email to your Trailblazer profile:
-> Go to your Trailblazer Profile Settings.
-> Under “Connected Accounts,” ensure your Webassessor email is linked. - Create a Trailblazer profile if you don’t already have one.
- Cancel or reschedule any exams currently booked after July 13.
Exam Vouchers & Refunds
- Refunds: If you cancel a paid exam before July 13, 2025, your payment will be refunded.
- Voucher Codes: Unused or canceled voucher codes can be reused in the new system—if they haven’t expired.
